I've lost a total of 28 pounds of fat! I can't ever remembering wearing size 8 jeans....especially ones I can easily slip into, sit in, breathe in, and can wear for an entire day without thinking I'll be turning blue at any moment. It's such a boost to feel good about how I look; and, having other women at each week's meetings who truly empathize and celebrate reaching another goal is terrific! If you haven't tried this, you'll be surprised to learn it's something you can truly live with. I'm 62 years old and definitely don't want to see these same "lose" pounds reappear any time in my future! And Deb's the greatest....she's so much fun....and VERY supportive, too! I came wanting to lose weight for an upcoming wedding. I did that and more. I feel healthy and tell everyone I know to check you out. I was low metabolism and I never would have know if not for Debi!
