used to gain 20 pounds because I knew I could take it off. After all it’s much more fun to gain isn’t it? Well no more. Not for me. It’s much more fun for me to be able to wear any outfit in my closet and not worry about fat back or muffin top. I have set a 2 pound limit. When I gain more that that….it’s back to tracking my food.

You will be eating food you are eating now. The only thing you will be checking will be the calories per serving. I have invented a new way to count calories. I call the systems darts.
